On Tuesday, November 17, we have activated the character world transfer. Currently, you can only pay for a transfer via credit card by using the Tibia payment system. We know that there is a great demand for additional payment methods to pay for a world transfer. However, finding and adding further reliable payment options will take some time so we cannot tell you a date or time frame yet. As soon as we are able to offer additional payment methods we will let you know.
So far, the majority of initiated world transfers has worked without any problems. Unfortunately though, some transfers did not work successfully. Several characters were not moved to their destination world with the following server save even though the transfer was prepared correctly by the players. This problem did not occur in our extensive and careful testing phase so we did not know about it before the activation. Rest assured that players with a character affected by this problem do not need to worry about their character or the payment, none of it is lost. If the attempt to transfer a character fails, the next attempt will be made at the next server save.
We would like to offer our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you. We are still working on a solution to this problem. Of course, we try to get it fixed as soon as possible.
